Associate Attorney

A native of Loris, SC and a 2020 graduate of the North Carolina Central University School of Law, Xavier Bromell focuses his law practice on civil litigation, vigorously advocating on behalf of his clients throughout North Carolina. Xavier, a first-generation college student, received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the College of Charleston in 2014 and subsequently worked for the South Carolina Department of Social Services as a social worker for several years before deciding to return to school in the Fall of 2017. During his time at NCCU Law, he was involved in various student organizations including the National Black Law Students’ Association, Dean’s Ambassadors, and the Trial Advocacy Board where he was a member of the AAJ Trial Team. Following law school, Xavier practiced as a personal injury attorney before joining BWP in 2023. Outside of work, Xavier enjoys traveling with his wife Brittany, listening to Podcasts, and perfecting his mother’s and grandmother’s family recipes in the kitchen.
