Tabitha Elligan was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. She attended Hampton University, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She furthered her education and received a Juris Doctorate from Emory University School of Law in 2014, where she was a Wayne Cardon Scholar.
After law school, Tabitha worked as an Admission Advisor for Emory Law where she recruited students all over the nation to attend her alma mater. She went on to become a prosecutor and then to later practice civil litigation in the Atlanta area. She joined Brownlee, Whitlow, & Praet, PLLC’s Atlanta office in 2022 continuing to pursue her passion for helping others in the legal community.
In her free time, Tabitha can be found working with her non-profit organization, “Just Put It On My Tab”. She enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, but most of all playing with her Yorkie-poo, Onyx.
