Montgomery Fletcher

Associate Attorney

Montgomery attended The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for his undergraduate studies, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Peace, War, and Defense. He then received his Juris Doctor from Campbell University School of Law. After law school, he worked for the North Carolina Department of Justice, representing various government agencies throughout the state. Prior to joining Brownlee, Whitlow & Praet, Montgomery worked for a North Carolina firm, focusing his practice on civil litigation. He enjoys leveraging his diverse experience to serve his clients as both advocate and counselor.

Outside of the office, Montgomery can be found playing tennis in USTA leagues, traveling with his wife, and listening to economics and history podcasts.
