Keisha J. Demps
Keisha is a dynamic business development and client experience leader whose career has been defined by relationship-building, strategic growth and service excellence. A former elite athlete, she brings the same energy, discipline and team first mindset to her professional work. At Brownlee Whitlow & Praet PLLC, Keisha serves as Director of Client Experience and Business Development where she is focused on elevating the client journey, strengthening the firm’s market presence and supporting continued growth across the Southeast. Over the course of her career, she has built a strong track record in business development, most recently serving in a leadership role with NC State University’s Office of Partnerships, where she helped foster meaningful collaborations among corporate, government and academic partners.
Outside of work, Keisha enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, watching movies and playing tennis.
Keisha is a native of California and moved to Raleigh in 2006. She attended the University of Arizona from 1994 to 1998, where she competed in women’s volleyball and basketball, experiences that helped shape her leadership style, resilience and drive.
