Raised in Kentucky, Katie graduated from Northern Kentucky University in 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in English. Shortly after graduation, she relocated to Raleigh where she has lived ever since. Throughout her professional career, she has built a strong background in customer service, accounts receivable, and billing.
