F. Todd Whitlow
Todd is a Partner at the firm, focusing his practice since 2007 on representing residential and commercial property owners and managers across North Carolina. He advises clients on risk management, operational policies and procedures, fair housing compliance and defense, real estate and business litigation, commercial collections, and contract drafting and review.
In 2011, Todd expanded his practice to include South Carolina, and in 2020, became licensed in Georgia. In 2025, he further broadened his reach by becoming licensed to practice law in Virginia in 2025. He continues to serve the firm’s multi-family housing clients across all four states.
A native of Oxford, North Carolina, Todd earned his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his law degree from Campbell University School of Law in Raleigh.
Outside the office, Todd is an active volunteer and serves as a Youth Discipleship Leader at Hayes Barton Baptist Church. He enjoys traveling, sports, fitness, playing guitar, reading, and spending quality time with his wife, two daughters, and their family dog.
