Elizabeth Heffron
Elizabeth Heffron was born and raised in Charleston, South Carolina. She earned her undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology from the University of South Carolina in 2021. Following graduation, she began her legal career as a Legal Assistant at a start-up personal injury firm in Charleston, where she gained experience supporting attorneys and assisting with a variety of legal matters.
Elizabeth later joined a larger law firm, where she supported attorneys across several practice areas, including commercial litigation, environmental, employment, and construction law. Through these roles, she developed a strong foundation in legal administration, case management, and client support while gaining experience handling complex matters in a fast-paced legal environment.
Elizabeth joined Brownlee Whitlow & Praet, PLLC as a Paralegal in August 2026. She is excited to continue growing her legal career and developing her knowledge and experience in landlord-tenant law. Her diverse legal and administrative experience has equipped her with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills that she brings to her role.
Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys cooking, fitness, spending time in nature, music, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
