Alexis King
Alexis is originally from Texas, but was raised in South Carolina. She graduated from the University of South Carolina where she earned her Bachelor’s of Arts in History with a minor in Mass Communications. Alexis then received her Paralegal Certificate while working for the university in undergraduate and graduate student services.
Alexis has held roles working for both the College of Arts & Sciences and the Department of Statistics at the University of South Carolina. She successfully navigated procurement, hiring processes, digitization projects and office management before transitioning into a role that helped establish the UNC School of Medicine – Novant Health Charlotte Campus.
In her free time, Alexis is an avid reader (preferably historical fiction) and a big supporter of Gamecocks Women’s Basketball!
