Akysia Moseley
Akysia is an experienced attorney with a strong background in commercial litigation and landlord-tenant law. Akysia has represented landlords in Small Claims and District Court across multiple counties throughout North Carolina, handling matters involving a wide range of claims and landlord‑tenant disputes. Her litigation experience, combined with her practical approach, allows her to efficiently advocate for her clients’ rights and interests.
Known for her dedication and client-centered mindset, Akysia understands that navigating the legal process can often feel intimidating and overwhelming. She takes pride in being a trusted advocate—helping clients confidently defend and protect their rights, interests, ideas, and brands.
She earned her Juris Doctor from North Carolina Central University School of Law in 2018 and is a proud graduate of Fayetteville State University, where she also served as co‑captain of the Women’s Basketball Team.
Outside of work, Akysia enjoys spending time with her husband and their son, as well as traveling. Akysia also loves sports and attending sporting events.
