Celebrating 10 Years of Serving the Rental Housing Industry
This year, Brownlee Whitlow & Praet is celebrating 10 years of serving the rental housing industry.
Over the past decade, we have had the privilege of partnering with property owners, operators, suppliers, investors, and industry associations to help navigate legal challenges, adapt to an evolving regulatory environment, and support the communities they serve.
Since opening our doors in December 2015, our firm has grown alongside the rental housing industry. What began as a vision to provide practical, responsive legal counsel in the Carolinas has evolved into a firm serving clients throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Virginia, with Florida coming on board imminently. Throughout that growth, we have remained committed to delivering industry-focused legal guidance, education, and service to the housing providers, investors, and communities we support.
While much has changed over the last decade, our mission remains the same: to serve the rental housing industry as a trusted partner and resource.
This milestone would not have been possible without the trust of our clients, the collaboration of our industry partners, and the dedication of our team members, past and present. We are grateful for the relationships that have shaped our first 10 years and for the opportunity to continue serving this industry every day.
As we celebrate our first decade, we are also focused on the future. Brownlee Whitlow & Praet remains committed to supporting the rental housing industry through practical legal guidance, industry education, and strong client partnerships.
We look forward to expanding our reach, strengthening existing relationships, and identifying new opportunities to serve housing providers throughout the Southeast and beyond. The first 10 years established our foundation. The next decade will focus on expanding our impact, growing our geographic reach, and continuing to serve as a trusted resource to the rental housing industry.
